Q - Are your leather products guaranteed?
A - Yes, if not satisfied, simply return for a refund or exchange
(Excluding dog chews or slamming in truck doors).
Q - May I exchange for a different color if it is a gift?
A - Yes, simply return and I will send you the color of your choice. If you
are trading 'up' to a deluxe or custom style, include the extra cost with
your return.
Q - How long is a slip lead?
A - 36" before looping around dog`s neck.
Q - Can I order other lead lengths?
A - Yes, I can braid any size you need (custom charges and extra braiding
time may apply).
Q - Can I order a clip lead?
A - Yes, custom braiding time may apply.
Q - Do you have styles in stock?
A - Yes, I try to have each deluxe and standard style ready to ship. Custom
styles and color combinations often require 3 - 5 days extra time to make
up.
Q - What is the difference between standard and deluxe lanyards?
A - Standard style is a single 8 strand braid looped to the front with a
sliding leather knot.
Deluxe is one 8 strand braid braided over another, creating a 'telescope'
effect. This makes lengthening and shortening possible.
Q - How long is a standard 2 whilstle lanyard?
A - 21" from the back of the neck including the whistle clips.
Q - How long is a deluxe lanyard?
A - Adjustable from 20" to 26".
Q - How are products shipped?
A - Usually US Mail. US Priority 2-3 days, or Express 2 day upon request.
